Our senior team was launched in September 2023. We started with a few members and have since grown to over 30 members from more than 9 countries, many of whom have never played netball before. We are very proud of how our senior players have developed over the past couple of seasons, always pushing themselves to achieve more whilst welcoming new players with open arms. On and off the court we support each other; in other sports/exercise, with family and at social events. New friendships have been made and our Rockets’ family continues to grow.
Our senior team training sessions will continue in September 2025, starting on Monday September 8th at 18h30-20h on our court in Santa Luzia. We will hold practices on Mondays and Thursdays 18h30-20h unless the weather makes it unsafe. Please come and join us. For new members, your first 3 practices are free then we ask for €35 for 10 sessions (€3.50 per session).
It’s fun. We have different warm ups and drills at each session. Move our bodies, have a laugh and make friends.
